November 4 Foods

Hello everyone!
I started this blog to help motivate me to eat better and chart my progress. I'm trying to get healthy and slim. My highest weight is 215. I will post my weigh ins starting Monday.
Here is what I ate yesterday...
Breakfast

Tea, no sugar. I usually have coffee with soymilk.


Oats soaked overnight with pumpkin, water, pumpkin pie spice and molassas.

Snack
Chocolate chewy cookie, couple donut holes. This cookie is the kind with less flour, it's mainly eggwhite.

No Lunch

One of the cups I use for my daily water. Got this at the Luxor in LasVegas.

Dinner

Salmon is under there, along with purple, red and yellow potatoes and broccoli. We only ate half, saved the rest for tonights dinner. My daughter and I love love love salmon!


My little helper, 6yr old daughter. She helped me eat the salmon &veggies and helped make it as well. Other daughter had flatbread PB&J sandwiches since she hates meat. Hubby works nights so sent him off with his regular ham n cheese.

After Dinner

We had dinner pretty early, since not much of a lunch so after dinner we had some of these pumpkin/oat cookies and a shared sandwich made with thin buns bread.

Cookies made with Oats, Pumpkin, Pumpkin Pie Spice, Applesauce, Baking Soda, Molassas. They were good.
